Attach scanned copies of your BDS and MDS degree certificates & other required documents for verification. All documents should be clear & valid to complete the membership application process.

Payment & Registration
Pay the membership fee to the IAOMR bank account and upload the payment receipt along with the required documents. After verification, your membership will be registered successfully
